On Thursday night, January 16th an error occurred in our system that incorrectly caused your bank account to be debited on January 17th. In certain cases we deducted more from your account than your scheduled payment.
Since that time we have been working around the clock to fix our error - to date we have credited back to each of the impacted customers the amounts of funds that were mistakenly debited.
We understand that this error may have caused you to be charged bank fees. Please be assured that we will work with you to reimburse fees associated directly with this error.
This error has increased call volume to our phone systems. Please be assured that our customer service representatives are answering as many calls as possible and will continue to do so until everyone is heard.
